Set up your company at the Scientific and Technological Park of Extremadura and benefit from the high added-value services and technological advantages offered by our infrastructure:

  • HIGH-SPEED DATA CONNECTION: Access to the telematic services of the park is done through structured wiring of the building having a 1 Gigabit per second backbone link, which in turn is connected to the data network of UEX via optical fibre.

  • CONTROL AND SECURITY: The Scientific and Technological Park has in place a security system comprising of a set of technical, human, and organisational means which ensures protection against risks and threats inherent to all kinds of activities to be carried out at the park. The security guards, fire safety equipment, video surveillance inside and outside the buildings, and controlled access to the facilities of the Scientific and Technological Park is guaranteed round the clock throughout the year.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICES: All the necessary services for the perfect maintenance and care of the common areas of the Scientific and Technological Park are included. This includes the cleaning and maintenance of common areas and parking of the current premises of the Park and the gardens, roads, lakes and ponds, furniture, signs, lighting, etc., in the future in order to maintain all the areas and its facilities in perfect condition.

  • THE USE OF COMMON INFRASTRUCTURE: The Scientific and Technological Park of Extremadura provides to companies and entities, without any cost a variety of infrastructures of common usage: meeting rooms, photocopying, cafeteria, business centres, parking and rest room. In addition, it offers preferential access to other common infrastructures such as events rooms, degree hall, e-learning facilities, and lecture hall for theoretical studies or videoconferencing.

  • OTHER TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE AVAILABLE AT THE PCTEx BUILDING:  Housing room (fully equipped Data Processing Centre) with the possibility to install own company servers, internal telecom network, digital signage, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) protected electrical network.
